These instructions explain how to request deletion of data held by us. They do not provide an automated Facebook data-deletion callback.
1. Request deletion of your data
If you used Facebook to interact with Northstar Creator Ventures, Daily Dose, or a Facebook-connected application that we operate, and would like us to delete personal data about you that we control, follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@northstarcreatorventures.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name and email address. If it helps identify the relevant information, you may also include the name or link of the Facebook Page or app you used. Do not send your Facebook password, payment information, or identity documents in your first email.
- We will delete eligible personal data that we control within seven calendar days after we can verify and identify the request, and confirm completion by email. If limited information must be retained for a legal or security obligation, we will explain that exception in our reply.

2. What information does this cover?
Requests cover personal information we hold or control in connection with your interactions, such as contact details you supplied, messages sent to us, or information received through an authorized Facebook integration, if any. We will identify information that is reasonably associated with your request and remove it where deletion is applicable.
These instructions cannot delete information held independently by Facebook or other third parties. For information held by those services, use the privacy settings and controls provided by the relevant platform.
3. Disconnect a Facebook app
If you connected one of our apps to your Facebook account, you may also revoke its access through Facebook. This disables future access but is separate from asking us to delete previously received data.
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Select the relevant Northstar-connected app and choose Remove.
- Send an email using the instructions above if you also want data held by us deleted.
4. Passwords and payment information
We do not request or store Facebook passwords or payment card information through this website. Never send passwords or payment details in a data deletion email.
